I purchased this product about a month ago and have loved it from the moment I received the package. First let me say that when I received my kit it was not in the metal box that is shown in the picture but they did include a letter stating that they would mail the metal box if I wished them to as soon as they got more in stock. They also included a couple of LED interior lights since I did not receive the metal box to compensate. That being said the packaging was still well packaged inside of a plastic box and well protected for shipping.
The product itself was easily installed in about an hour including prep time and locating a good place to mount the ballasts. I installed it on a 2008 Saturn Sky redline so I had to drill the dust covers that go over the bulb so that I could run the wires but other than that there was no major modifications needed. The included hardware holds the ballasts securely enough to not make me worry about vibrations.
The light emitted is perfect. It is exactly what I was looking for in my HID kit. It takes a second or two for it to warm up but once it does it is bright and the exact color temp. that I wanted. As I stated before I received the kit about a month ago and installed it that same day. I have not had a single issue with it other than having to pull a fuse for the DRLs to make sure my car doesn't run the HIDs at low voltage. I highly recommend this product and company to anyone who is looking for HIDs for their car. They are an amazing value and have stand up customer service.
